1. Service provider

Runtruffle is operated by ZDS Zander Digital Services S.L. (the “Provider”), a company registered in Spain, with its registered office in Mallorca. Contact: info@zds.es.

2. Scope of service

Runtruffle is a SaaS platform that tracks brand visibility across AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude, Gemini and similar). The service includes prompt generation, persona modelling, citation extraction and competitive analysis.

3. Account & subscription

Use of the service requires a registered account. Paid tiers are billed through Stripe in USD or EUR depending on locale. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled via the in-app Billing tab (Stripe Customer Portal). EU consumers retain the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services unless they have explicitly waived it on first use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) attempt to bypass usage quotas, (b) scrape the service or its data outputs for resale, (c) use the service to violate any law or third-party rights, (d) attempt to reverse-engineer LLM providers via the platform.

5. Intellectual property

The Provider retains all rights to the platform code, UI and aggregated datasets. Your tracking data and project content remain yours; you grant the Provider a limited licence to process them solely to deliver the service.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service relies on third-party AI providers and public web data. Outputs are best-effort, not warranties of fact. To the extent permitted by Spanish law, the Provider’s aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time via the Billing tab. The Provider may terminate for material breach with reasonable notice and pro-rata refund of any prepaid unused period.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. The courts of Palma de Mallorca have exclusive jurisdiction, save where mandatory consumer-protection rules grant you the right to sue in your country of residence.
